Hello! I’m Yashvi Prakash – Counseling psychologist and Founder of Serenity Wellness. If you’re going through a challenging time, let’s navigate it together? In my practice, I employ an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing primarily from Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. By integrating elements of Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Transactional Analysis with Gestalt Work, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, I offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to each individual. Throughout my work, I maintain a Humanistic perspective, emphasizing unconditional acceptance and positive regard for my clients. My experience working as a psychologist has ensured that I frequently keep upskilling, making me confident enough to address the concerns my clients may be going through. I believe in updating my knowledge constantly and make sure I’m up-to-date with the latest research and interventions that can benefit my clients.
