Terms and Conditions

At Serenity Wellness, we are committed to providing our best services to our clients. To ensure a productive and respectful therapeutic alliance, we kindly request you to review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

General Policies

1. Professional Boundaries: No personal relationships beyond the scope of therapy will be entertained, including but not limited to friendships and romantic relationships.

2. Inappropriate Conduct: Any form of inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to nudity, sexually suggestive actions or remarks, verbal or physical abuse, and similar behaviors.

3. Communication Hours: Communication beyond regular work hours (after 9 PM) will not be entertained, except in emergencies. For urgent mental health support, please contact the following helplines:

4. Confidentiality: While we prioritize confidentiality, we reserve the right to contact your designated emergency contact if there are legitimate concerns about your well-being or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. You will be informed of this action beforehand.

Session Policies:

1. All sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. In case of emergencies, rescheduling may be allowed at the psychologist's discretion but is not guaranteed.

2. Payment and Refunds: Payment for sessions or bundles must be made in advance. No refunds will be provided once payment is made, even if sessions remain unused or are canceled due to non-compliance with policies.

3. Late Arrival and No-Show: Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late, to respect the next client’s time. If the client fails to show up for the session 15 minutes past the scheduled time, the session will be counted as a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.

4. Emergency Situations: Therapy is not a substitute for crisis intervention. In emergencies, you are encouraged to contact the emergency helplines provided above.

5. Termination of Therapy: Therapy can be terminated by either party at any time. If the psychologist deems the therapeutic process unproductive or unsafe, services may be discontinued with or without an appropriate referral provided depending upon the circumstances.

6. Non-Compliance: In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, you will receive one notification. Failure to comply subsequently will result in immediate termination of services without any refunds, even if a session is scheduled.

Bundle Policies

1. Validity Period:

4-Session Bundle: Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.

8-Session Bundle: Valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

12-Session Bundle: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

This ensures consistency, accountability, and steady progress.

2. Non-Refundable: Bundles are non-refundable. Once purchased, the fee cannot be reimbursed, even if sessions remain unused after the validity period.

3. Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to book well in advance to secure their preferred time slots.

4. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less notice will be counted as completed. In case of emergencies, rescheduling may be allowed at the psychologist's discretion but is not guaranteed.

5. Transfer of Sessions: Bundle sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the client who purchased the bundle.

6. Completion Timeline: Clients are encouraged to complete all sessions within the validity period to maximize progress. Unused sessions beyond the validity period will expire.

7. Payment Terms: Full payment for the chosen bundle must be made at the time of purchase. No partial payments or installments are allowed.

8. Bundle Customization: Bundle offers are fixed and cannot be customized or combined with other promotions or discounts.
